The overarching theme of our research is computational immunometabolism.

We work at the intersection of computational single-cell omics, systems immunology, and cellular metabolism. We develop data-driven algorithms to study metabolic regulation of immunity and apply them to study metabolic dysregulation in cancer, autoimmunity, and other disease states. We are an interdisciplinary team that emphasizes strong collaborations between computational biologists, "wet" biologists, and clinicians.

Our lab is affiliated with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences (EECS), the Department of Molecular and Cell Biology (MCB), and the Center for Computational Biology (CCB) at the University of California, Berkeley.
